While carrying out production with modern technologies in the gelatin, collagen and food additives sector,

-To provide QUALITY and SAFE products that will meet the needs and expectations of our customers and consumers, in accordance with the standards, to achieve the goals and management commitments included in the GFSI (BRC FOOD), Halal food (Islamic jurisprudence), ISO 22000 Food Safety and Management Systems policies with the participation of all employees;

-To foresee and prevent deviations from standards in their activities instead of determining them; to ensure that basic and supporting business activities continue with minimal interruption, to take corrective and preventive actions at every stage by intervening in errors in a timely and systematic manner so that they do not reoccur;

-We undertake to provide a safe work environment by complying with the legal regulations and other conditions regarding occupational health and safety hazards at the highest level, to prevent health problems and injuries by reducing risks with continuous improvement, to provide a healthy and safe work environment for all employees and visitors with a progressive approach, to ensure that information and all necessary resources are available to achieve all the above goals and objectives.

HYGEN POLICY

To identify and control physical, chemical and biological food safety hazards at every stage of the products we offer to our customers and to ensure that they are produced in accordance with health and hygiene rules.

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE AND JEWELRY POLICY

It is not allowed to enter the production areas without a protective apron or bonnet. No jewelry can be worn while working in the production areas. Aprons must be clean and bonnets must completely cover the ears and hair. The cleanliness of the aprons is ensured by the practices carried out by our company.

SMOKING AND FOOD POLICY

 Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in our production and storage areas and locker rooms. Warning signs are posted in visible places. Employees and visitors are required to comply with this rule.

ENTRY POLICY TO PRODUCTION AREAS

Our visitors and suppliers enter our production areas wearing special aprons and bonnets and are subject to a visitor control checklist.

GLASS, CUTTERS AND FOREIGN OBJECTS POLICY

In our production areas, glass, breakable plastic materials, wood, wire materials have been removed from use to prevent foreign substances that may cause physical contamination. Existing glass, breakable plastic materials, metal equipment have been taken under protection. In cases where their use is mandatory, special cutter knives are used and regularly inspected.

STAFF HEALTH CHECKS POLICY

Periodic health check-ups are carried out on the personnel. In cases of infectious diseases, upper respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, nausea, coughing and sneezing, they are removed from the production area by the production manager and sent for health check-ups.

COPYRIGHT ADULTERY POLICY

A detailed threat analysis is carried out within our company regarding adulteration and imitation throughout the supply chain of raw materials. In this context, IMITATION-ADVERTISEMENT RISK AND SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS is carried out. The Quality Assurance department follows the press releases to be made by the ministry. In the IMITATION-ADVERTISEMENT RISK AND SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS, in addition to the announcements of the ministry, the confessional statements of the relevant associations and chambers (chamber of food engineers, chamber of veterinary doctors, Turkish agriculturalists association etc.), sector representatives, sector associations, engineer employees (declarations made to the relevant chamber), past data records are also taken as reference. Thus, the definition of Imitation or Adulteration issues that have not been exposed but could be made related to the relevant product is also made. The fact that all these research results are appropriate declares that there is no step in our facility that will cause imitation adulteration. We undertake that we will not make imitation adulteration in all product groups produced in our factory.

GDO POLICY

We undertake to verify that we supply GMO-free raw materials and produce in accordance with production requirements through the analysis of the raw materials we purchase and the analysis we conduct on the final product.
